is this fish food good (for betta)?

I wouldn’t go with that. Looks super cheap and full of fillers. Also I don’t recommend flakes for Bettas.

Betta is insectivorous/carnivorous so you should forget food related to flakes.
Look for 45-50% protein food. A good choice is Atison's Betta Pro. Also JBL Novo Fex/Fil/Daph/Artemio, pieces od mussel/crude fish/crustacean. It's very important to vary its food.
 
I feed mine betta pellets and blood worms. Whenever I feed bloodworms they are frozen so anything that may be living with the live bloodworms doesn't get to my betta :)
Do you prefer frozen instead of dried food for bettas? What besides blood worms? I am ready to trash my flakes ?
 
If you want to use commercially made food, look for one made for bettas, usually floating pellets. The better foods do not have cereals in them, certianly not in the first three ingredients.
