is she ok?? (pearl gourami acting weird)

My pearl gourami (the smallest female) is acting weird she stays at the back with the flow of the filter. Could it be because she gets bullied and she feels safe there? It's not like there wasn't other places to hide... (picture below). Maybe she's just weird and likes the flow?

Not sure about gourami, but when cichlids hang out near the filter like that, it's generally because they have nowhere to run. If she's getting bullied, the best thing to do is separate her from the others - or, if it's only one fish doing the bullying, remove the aggressor.

IMHO, looking at the tank, you could do with more tall plants to break the sight line close to the surface. They are more top dwelling than mid to bottom dwelling fish.
 
I think she's ok now, I don't know why she stayed there but I don't think it's because of bullying, she's back with the 2 other pearl gourami. Sorry sometimes I panick a little bit so I post a thread
