Is Plastic Guttering Ok To Use In The Tank

I was thinking of using black plastic guttering in my tanks for caves. It should be easy to discuise with plants and a few pits of bogwood, but is it safe to use.

Certainly, as long as the plastic is cleaned well and all manufactureing excess is scrubbed off, it should be fine. Also be sure that there are no sharp edges, dont want the fishies running into that.
