Although if its female and has ever been in the same tank as a male the answer is probably yes

Well, a female guppy is only pregnant if she let's a sperm package pass to fertilize the eggs. if the eggs she's carrying are not fertilized yet because she's only storing those sperm packages (in case of a succeeded mating), then she's not pregnant.
