Is My Guppy Pregnant? (Updated Photos) Need Help A.s.a.p!

I bought 2 guppies from a LCS. They were in a tank labeled "MALE GUPPIES". They always chase other around but i thought that was just normal with most livebearers since theyre both male. Today one of them has been floating at the top mostly and its belly seems HUGE. Is it pregnant?? How many days do live bearers take to give birth, i dont even have another tank and i dont want fry. There is also a red mark on his front stomach as can be seen in the photos.

If the female guppy eating fine and there a male in there its pregnant for sure. Cause there a male there with the female so it will be.

its not eating and its not really moving, its just on top of the water. I was told its they're both male so i'm not sure.
