Is my Frog-bit algae bit?

I believe those are roots off of your anacharis. Still don’t see frogbit. Frog it looks like floating clover.
Ont the first picture, up next to the blue patch on the top right side is the bottom of the clump. The long root extends down from there.
I realize now that the shrimp have been doing housework, there are side roots off the larger root, and it's not fuzzy white algae.
