Is my fish pregnant?

Hi guys I am new to all this. I think my fish is pregnant. I found her floating vertically in the tank this morning and now she is resting vertically on the rocks at the bottom on the tank.

What should we do with her. We don’t have a spare tank to put her in and have no idea how far gone she is...

We have a tropical tank and this will not let me upload a picture x

Are the scales on the stomach of your fish sticking out like a pinecone?

Hi and welcome to the forum

How long have you had the fish for?
How long has the tank been set up for?

Have you checked the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate & pH?
If yes, what were the results?

What other fish are in the tank?
Have you added anything to the tank in the last 2 weeks?

If you set the camera resolution to 2MB, the image will be smaller and you should be able to post a picture here.

Try doing a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate. Make sure the new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it is added to the tank.
