Would it be alright to put a head stander in a planted tank? I have heard that they will eat everything up

It depends which headstander you are thinking about. Most will eat softer leaved plants though. You'd need to think about plants like Anubius, Java fern etc etc.

Iv got a stripped, i was thinking about java fern, what about anacoris. Or is there any other plants that dont need a lot of care and would do well in my 29.
