As the title says, really.

Been trying to rescue my main tank from a BBA outbreak recently by dosing Excel and TPN+ (which is working, by the way), but now my tank has Ich :/ so I've upped the temp to 28C (I don't want to go higher than that because of my Cories)and added Interpet No 6 Anti-White Spot treatment.

Obviously the fish are going to be stressed by the Ich and the treatment, so I do not want to add to their misery. Would it be wise to lay off the Excel and fert regime until the tank is cleared of Ich, or is that being over-cautious?

I'm also not sure how to handle the necessary water changes that go along with the Excel/fert programme, in conjunction with the Ich treatment. If I carry on as I have been, my 50% water change will be a day after the 2nd Ich med dose which is not very convenient (!).

I'm asking here rather than "Emergencies" as I reckon folks here are more likely to have faced this dilemma. Hope someone can help!
