Is DAP Canada Mono Silicone Max safe for aquariums??

Seemed good. "MONO. SILICONE MAX is a premium performance 100% silicone sealant" But also says "Cured sealant is mold and mildew resistant"

Is 100% silicone naturally mold/mildew resistant, or have they added something?

Found the GE 100% silicone window and door that most people use, and I saw that the new container also mentions that mold wont grow.
