[SIZE=10.5pt]Fish are underweight(apart from the pregnant female guppies), lethargic or staying in one place in the tank, not eating(completely ignoring food) and have white stringy poo.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10.5pt]Volume and Frequency of water changes:[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10.5pt]25% weekly.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10.5pt]Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10.5pt]None.

[SIZE=10.5pt]1x Female Gold Ram(male recently died with no symptoms), 3x Sparkling Gourami's, 1x Male Platy, 1x Blonde Rubber Lipped Pleco, 2x Male Guppies, 2x Female Guppies & 2x Shadow Catfish.[/SIZE]
 
[SIZE=10.5pt]Note: Only the Guppies(Male and Female), Gold Ram and Platy are showing the symptoms. The rest are active, eating and healthy.[/SIZE]

ok ill shoot here, its hard to say what it is but if you assume its parasites why not get a genral medicine that covers most of them?

I've got Melafix and was thinking Octozin(Internal Parasite treatment - Waterlife) but not sure and can't really afford it at the moment I may be able to next week but only barely...

well obvisouly keep an eye on the fish and if it gets worse well you know what you need.

Like I say, the only ones suffering are the Female Gold Ram, The 4 Guppies and my Male Platy... This is why I'm confused because my Sparklers, Shadow Cats and Rubber Lipped are al perfectly fine No symptoms at all, eating and actively swimming. The Sparklers are even showing breeding behaviour...

Unfortunately not as it has a highly aggressive Bumble Bee Goby that just follows fish around attacking them in it

Yeah... In a way I'm hoping it's not Internal Parasites and that the melafix will at least help as I'm treating with that currently. If not, I'm at a loss.

I doubt it melafix can help to be honest.
It could be either internal parasites, bacterial infection or even both. If you don't have any species too sensitive to salt, you may consider that as an initial treatment.
Try also feeding them with garlic. Pop some cloves in the microwave until soft, then mash them up very well. You can even mix with some frozen bloodworms or similar and feed them. It will look messy inside the tank but my fish go for it and eat the garlic parts too if small enough.
If you have the time, doing daily 50-ish % water changes may help if the disease was triggered by some enviromental pathogens. It will decrease the amount of them and help the fish fight it off.

I've come back down to Worcester unfortunately but my mum rung me this morning after a dose of Melafix - All the fish are eating, healthy and swimming about using all the tank again The Melafix must have worked because even the platy(who I described as a "Mudskipper" because of his actions) is swimming about again...

Me too. My mum is waiting for that package too and is under strict instruction with what to do with the plants when it arrives I had to come back down to Worcester yesterday unfortunately.
 
Luckily, my mum knows what to do with my fish so I'm happy to leave them in her hands.
