I'm currently treating my fish for an internal parasite with general API care.

I've added in one pack per 10 gallons, waited 48 hours, added in a second pack and now tomorrow I do a 25% water change.

Today I went to the store and grabbed this off the shelf.

Should I do a water change, add in the charcoal back to the filter or can I water change and add in this new PaaziPro? I'm not sure as to how long I need to wait between the different treatments. Has anyone else used this product?

Is there a reason you want to try this other medicine even though you just treated with the general cure? Do you think this medicine didn't work for some reason? Are you still seeing symptoms? You may go to API's website and contact them about how long the medicine stays in the water. If it was me though I would put the charcoal in for a time first to get this stuff out. It may not be safe to mix it. And API would know how long to leave the charcoal in as well.
