Internal Parasite?

I have an orange chromide which has been hiding away for the last week and not eating much and I noticed last night that it had a red spiky thing protruding slightly from it’s vent – anyone know what this could be? I’m presuming that it’s a kind of internal parasite and I’m wondering what treatment in the UK I can get to kill it in the current fish and ensure that the other don’t have it.

Yes you do have internal parasites can you issolate the fish.
Levimsole but very hard to get hold of, though sometimes vet will percribe something for you if you take a photo of the fish showing the worm prutruding from the anus.
