Inspiration - Stocking For A 144 Liter - Tangs?

Hi All,
I have a 144liter (38 US Gal, 31 Imeprail Gallon) tank set up as below, and am looking for insperation... Long, narro and deep-ish

Options in mind
1. Some kind of Tang tank - but i would like it to be fairly 'busy'
Shellies
Julies
Calvus?
The tank may really be a bit to small for this?

2. Plant it up some and go for some South American Apsito / tetra combo.

I like that idea i do, these fish are avalble and they are lovly,

how many would we be talking? i am aware the tank whislt quite long, is in fact low on floor space and volume. though i have checked its bigger then i thought i editted teh earlier post

i assuem they would have a little coloney of shellies for breakfast?
