I’m Feeling really Stupid

I have been fighting ich on my tetras for 6 days now. Temp 86F and salt. No fish has more that one spot. It’s always a few fish that I find a spot on. Could this be sand sticking to them instead of ich? About an hour ago about 4 had one spot on them. Now only find one. Lots of bubbles in the pic but look right behind his dorsal.

It is a pain to fight but it sounds like your fish are getting better, hang in there.
