So I want to make some fish icons, for everyone on this forum to use. The thing is I want to put it where alot of people go, you know, the people that are active in the fish area, not here. Where should I put it? I'm afraid I'll put it in the wrong section.

Probably the General Section. Just label the topic "Fish Icons for Everyone" or "Free Fish Avatars!" and people will find it.
