Identify these 2 Fish?

Can someone help me identify these 2 fish?
This is what I know about them.
Fish1 image is about 6 months old, its about 1.5 inches in length.
Fish2 image is about 6 years old, it is 6 inches in length, I recall the pet store said is was in the Tetra Family but it doesn't look like any Tetra I know of.

1rst picture looks like a long fin albino Tetra. I could be wrong.

The 1st is a long fin white skirt tetra.

Thanks for the help, but I thought Tinfoil Barbs for 10 to 13 inches, these are many years old and 6 inches in length? My aquarium is 37 gallons, maybe limit there size?

1st one is white skirt tetra 2nd is tinfoil barbs not sure
