Identify The Song.

hi all, i heard a song a while back and now i have heard it again but i just cannot think of the name of who sings it. the recent extract i heard (see link below) has no lyrics so i cant google them!
its on the tip of my tounge but i just cant get anywhere! i thought it was an enya song, but after youtubing i got nowhere!
