Ich Help Please

I just got home from work and notice that 2 of my fish has white spots on its tail that wasn't there yesterday or this morning. Im guessing that it's ICH. All the petstore are closed right now so I cannot get any medician. What would be the best thing to do until tomorow afternoon when I am able to go the petstore to get some medician? And also which brand of medician would you recommend and how it should be applied to the water. Thanks in advance for the help!

For now, turn the heat up a little bit, it helps to speed up the life cycle of the ich... as for what eles youcan do... not really sure but I dont think there's much

FIrst of all, what are your water stats (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and pH). The reason this is important is because when the water quality gets poor, fish often get sick. Also, how big is your tank, and what fish do you have in it?

Depending on what type of fish you have, you may be able to add some aquarium salt, which can help as well. As for medicine, there are lots of good ones out there, but knowing what type of fish you have will help us recomend one if you want.

I have 4 guppies 2 mollies and 1 platy in a 10 gallon tank. I've already did a 50% water changed and added some salt.
