i want a certain plant

i was wondering is there are any live plated that bloom like a flower, but the flower is submerged in the water, ive seen some that will bloom above water but i want one the will bloom under water, is there such thing?

Yes and no. Many Crypts will send up a flower under water, they do so because in nature, they are wet and dry plants, flooded for part of the year and in the air for the rest. Something tells them it is time to flower and they do so. Probably a combination of factors, but the variation in light over the year is probably the biggest one.
