I Thought That Anubias Were Distasteful To Fish

I thought that Anubias plants were distasteful to fish, but a couple of the leaves on mine are all bitten up and I think that they are hurting growth.

I have platies, tiger barbs and a molly.

Am I underfeeding the fish? and they are looking for alternative sources of food?

I also have Amazon Swords, Wisteria, and Java Moss in the tank, but the leaves of the swords seem okay and non-snacked upon.

Please help, and tricks that I can do to the leaves that will not hurt the fish but keep them away from them would be appreciated.
