Ok so I'm relatively new to the hobby, well I've had aquariums all my life, but I just started really getting into aquarium design. I set up a new tank and went to the store with a plan in mind, but I ended up getting this fish too. The attendant at the store had no clue what it was, but it was a relatively peaceful fish since it was in with shrimp. I'm thinking it's a type of sleeper goby but I have no clue really...

Gobies have two dorsal fins which is why STrumbo thinks it could be a sleeper goby. But which one....?

which country are you in?
in Australia we have empire gudgeons that look like that when young.
