I give up. I literally give up. I have put plants around the places he was pacing and flaring at his reflection, but he found a place at the back if his tank and started flaring again. I just want to give with him, I thought I'm gonna kill him lol.

There's nothing bad with Bettas flaring.

Oh yeah? Constant and endless flaring will be stressful and I want to stop this.

He is stressed, if he is flaring constantly.

I only see my Bettas flare every once in a while. What material is your tank made out of? (I am asking, because specific materials are more reflective than some...)

Did you see his fins? And flaring now? Something is happening and I don't know what is that. The tank is made out of glass I suppose. What else can I do to stop him from doing that?

The easiest fix I can think of, is to adjust the light.

"Occasional flaring is normal and healthy behavior. If your betta flares constantly and doesn’t stop after a few days, then there are some simple things you can do to reduce the reflection and put your fish at ease. Often the easiest fix is to adjust the light."

How do I adjust the light? My light on the tank is akready mounted to the tank and there's no way of adjusting it :dunno:

You can reduce the light brightness by covering it with the blue or red plastic gift wrapper.(transparent type).
If you wrap a few rounds/turns, it will reduce the brightness.
The more rounds you wrap, the dimmer the light will become.
Wrap it around the light and tape it up.
Buy the smallest/cheapest roll that you can get from the stationery shop.

By the way, is there any reflection from the back or side of the tank?
If there is, cover the back or sides with light colours paper/plastic.
Don't use dark colour like black as it will reflect back the fish image.

I should have an orange plastic bag. I could try that?

Is the orange plastic transparent?
If it's too thick, then it may block too much light.
Also, I hope the material won't melt under the heat of the light....LOL

I doesn't look like its transparent but I have never tried it lol

Maybe some duckweed or frogbit will reduce the light?

Anyway, first check whether is there any reflection from the back or sides of the tank?
I suspect this could be the main reason unless your light is super bright.
LED light is very bright at the beginning but will become dimmer after a few months or years.
