Well howdy! Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself to the folks here. I'm on the 2nd incarnation of aquarium keeping - my first round was while I was in college. Began with Oscars, Pleco, and went through everything from African Cichlids to South and Central American cichlids and all sorts of oddballs. Stepped away for a few years and now, with young daughters, we felt that starting up again would be both enjoyable and educational.
But in contrast to most of my former aquarium days - we are doing the "community" tank. So far, this has been an interesting change - and are already looking for a larger tank (current tank - 29G).
I'm hoping that I can share my knowledge from previous experiences, as well as recently acquired/learned goodies - and even more so - hope to learn a lot more!
