How To Sex Neon Tetras?

Hey, y'all; I want to know how I can sex my neon tetras (I have 10), and how to breed them easily? ^^;

I currently have 10 neon tetras, and I have heard somewhere that a way to sex them is that the males have a straight green/blue/purple (my neons are purple in the morning; blue during the day; green at night ), stripe, and the females have a crooked one....? ^^;

Also, I need to know how to breed them; like, pH, water temperatures, if there are any kinds of dry foods that I can feed them (because I'm not allowed frozen, or even live, foods)....?

When looked at from the side the female's belly is rounder and that leads to the stripe appearing to be bent/crooked, while the males are more slender and so the stripe appears straight.

As for breeding - the eggs are extremely photosensitive so bredding isn't easy at all.

Breeding them-- well, kinda hard, i had some Neons (they died) female laid eggs, turned round and ate them.
