How to set up

I have a empty 75L tank witch I want to use as a grow out tank for baby Bristlenose plecos what would be the best way to set it up I have 4 weeks to get this tank ready to I have another batch of Bristlenose pleco baby’s any suggestions

Have a thin layer of sand or gravel on the bottom.
Have lots of plants.
Have driftwood.
Let algae grow on the glass, rocks, wood and ornaments.
