You have an advanced LED light fixture for your tank with a custom 24 hour light cycle. As long as you got the right size light you do not need additional light for your tank

Green spot algae is normal in a healthy tank. My crypts would usually have a bit of algae on them on the leaves that were closest to the light at the top of the tank where the amanos and nerites couldnt quite get it. As others have stated its probably due to too much or too intense light. Having said that the algae you have in your tank is minimal and healthy tanks will have some algae but i get its annoying, im the same way, one spot of algae and im like, why am i a failure!!!;)
