How To Plumb Return Pipes

i have a shaky return pipe at the moment, any websites or pics will be apprecaited,,,

that if the pipe that is connected to the head moves a bit to the side all fails and ill need to have a cleanup crew...

summing ahappened yesterday after 3 months running without a prob and all my plugs were wet,luckily it tripped the power and the return pump didnt empty my 1000l on the floor hehe,
