How to overcome size difference in betta fry?

I have two spawns in which some fry got very big and some fry still tiny.
I was feeding them same food and water and they eating full stomach but why such variation in size? I cant figure it out.
I feeding them artemia and mosquito larvae sometimes bloodworms

Same spawn
