I am sure this has been asked before.  Is there a thread somewhere with some idiot proof instructions on how to upload video?

I THINK uploading videos is done in pretty much the same way as pics.
 
Though do be aware of forum rules and policies about uploading videos onto the forum.

Yes I expect you are right Charlie but the limit is 300 kB and that is a short vid.

If you have a decent upload speed, why not upload it to youtube, then you can embed it here.
