How To Ferilize Sand In New Aquarium

I have just cycled my filter (took ages 6 weeks)
I have ordered some plants 20 assorted easy care ones from last-trading-post off ebay.
I have sand as my substrate, I am new to all this and would like to know how I am to feed the plants when I plant them.
My tank is 100 litre 80 cm long.
Thanks in advance, I'm looking forward so much to have a planted tank.

For stem plants and crypts root tabs are the best. These fertilise the substrate.

For the water column I use TNC Complete.

I use Api tabs as they are pretty readily available, i would also recommend seachem ones and tnc plugs
