I have one large java fern attached to a large peice of bogwood in my tank and it has 6-7 young plants growing off it's leaves. I've read up and seen this is how it reproduces and this is great as i want to add more plants to the wood to add height to my tank. However it's difficult to attatch it with fishing line or cotton as it is already submerged,
can anyone recommend an easier way?
I've tried attatching a small lead weight and dropping it in one of the nooks where i want it but it still then it wont fit in well, any suggestions?

You will have to take it out of the tank to glue it, it will cure instantly on contact with water, loctite works.

I have some, does that mean i will simply be ably to lift it out of the water, glue them on, then put it straight back in?

yes, dry both surfaces slightly before gluing though, just dabbing kitchen towel on the surfaces to dry them should be enough.
