in a 10 gallon tank with 5 fish... 3 guppies..and 2 stunted platys ( i left them in the baby net too long! )

i was just wondering ?

i need to know for normal circumstances as well as

i am having green algea on the glass of my tank and i am thinking that it is from a lack of water changes! so i need to know how to clear the algea and how to keep it gone!!

and will this kill my babies???

20-30% once a week is a good rule to follow. 20-30% twice a week for more sensitive fish and inverts.

Reducing the amount of light getting into your tank will help reduce algae.

If you don't have living plants turn your lights off until your algae clears up.

Using an algae scraper on the tank sides also helps

What are your parameters??
