How Many Rbps In A 400 Litre

well i have decided to upgrade my 4ft tank which currently houses 4 young RBPs.
i am going to upgrade to a 400 litre 5ft tank and instead of risking mixing new piranhas in with the old i think i will be selling off the ones in the 4ft and then introducing new baby Ps. anyway my question is how many could i put in the 400 litre bearing in mind i will be keeping them.

i want to know how many i can have if i wil not keep to adult size
and how many i can keep bearing in mind i will be keeping them to adult size???

i havent got the tank yet but i am looking to get a 5 or 6 foot tank. width would be 50cms
