Going to rescue 13 fish over the next few days and want to make sure they will not be over crowded...I have a ten gallon tank the list of fish is as followed :)

3 chinese alge eaters 2 mollies , 2 guppies one female and one male 1 neon tetra , 4 other kinds of tetras, and 1 male swordtail.

You may get away with 5-6 of the smallest fish in a 10G but even that would be overstocked IMO,
The chinese algae eaters generally become aggressive as they age so i wouldn't keep these

Is the 10Gcycled or do you have a mature media?? If its uncycled you'll probably lose most of what you add anyway.

You're already at too many, if you consider the adult sizes of the fish you already have. Please, don't go and get goldfish, you won't be rescuing them. I'm assuming these are common/comet (feeder) goldfish, which can get to a size that is as long as your tank right now. Definitely not the right size for them in the long run. Not to mention, goldfish are very messy fish and can easily crash a tank with the amount of waste coming from them.

I would restock your tank, first, before thinking about any other kind of fish, goldfish or not.

Mollies need to be removed, they need salt in their water.
The CAE get around 8" I believe, and become very aggressive, so I would get rid of those, too.
The male swordtail will get too large.
Rearrange the tetra population, to where you have suitable size schools for each. I wouldn't have both species in the same tank, as it could become crowded as well, but choose between the neon or "other" tetra and have a school of at least 6.

Good luck with the situation! :good:
