How Do You Tell A Female Dwarf Gourami From A Male?

I've got two dwarf gouramis and i wanna breed them but first i need to know the sex of each
how do you tell them apart??

Males are more brightly colored, larger, and have a more pointed dorsal fin. Females are mostly silver, occasionally with a hint of other colors. Females are smaller and also chubbier in the midsection.
