How Do You Know When Ich Is Gone?

Noticed on March 6 some of my Barbs had Ich. Started treatment with API Super Ick Cure, raised temp to 82F / 28C and added some aquarium salt. API label says you're done in 6 days treating twice every 48 hours. Not believing this I switched to Kordon Rid Ich Plus. 25% water changes and treatments every day since March 12. 11 days of this Kordon routine so far. The raised Ich spots on the affected Barbs have fallen off. But some still occasionally flash off objects. Since I have a brand new 120 gallon tank, cabinet, canopy, Coralife hood with white and actinic T5s and blue LEDs, UV, 1050 Koralia, Eheim heater, Eheim 2234, 110 pounds of new black sand, a much lighter wallet and all the custom plumbing work I had to do so all 3 of my Eheims and the UV will hook up to the tank's plumbing ( saltwater overflow type ) sitting here waiting for my fish to be cured I am getting quite impatient. How do you know when you have won the battle against Ich? Thanks in advance.
