How Do I Trim?!

i was wondering what the best way to trim 'grass' like plants is? I have my dwarf grass and then tall grass at the back of the tank. As soon as i make a snip, the grass is thrown everywhere and makes a total mess of the tank!

I tried switching off my filter and pump when doing it, but then it falls to the ground and is so difficult to try and pick up each individual strand of grass.

So i figure there must be an easier way to do this.....

this is personally how i do it. Turn off pums and filter, use long scissors in one hand, have a net in the other hand and just trim and net.

Sounds like a plan! I will give it a go

Siphon it into a bucket. You can snip and suck if dexterous or snip and then suck it up when it falls down.
