Hole in the Head?

I am currently treating one of my acaras in a 10 gallon who wasn’t eating, sat in the top back left corner, and seemed to have holes/dents in his head. I decided to take a look at the others and I noticed these white holes (seems like the are holes rather than dents or discoloration). Starting to get worried for the rest of my tank as well...Is it HITH? I have severums but they’re both yellow and it’s impossible to tell with them but they all seem fine including the acaras.

Looks like possibly the start of it. I’ve never dealt with it first hand but API General Cure treats it. It’s hard to find right now so you may have to order it. Pet Smart has it sometimes. Wishing you the best!

Yes, I would treat the whole tank.

Yes, lower the water level so you don’t have to use so much medication and treat the tank.
