Hi,
Been keeping tropical fish for five years or so now (Neons, Clowns, Rams etc), accidentally discovered a book on planted tanks in my local supplier a couple of months ago which was a bit of a revelation (Never really paid much attention to the plants - bought them, watched them grow, then stop growing and usually die - especially the red ones!
)
So, I've just bought a Juwel Rio 180 (my existing tank is around half the 180 volume I guess) and I'm in the process of cycling it now. Have done lots of reading (books, the web) and so discovered this site - some fantastic stuff on here, but I'm slightly bamboozled by all the things I need to consider
