Hi there, I'm a complete novice when it comes to tropical fish. I have kept goldfish for years and still have 1 left...... he's about 8 years old now or there abouts. What has prompted me to join is for all the usefull tips and advice I hope to get about my aquarium. But what really gave me the impetus to do it today was I got up this morning and my lovely clear water in my tank has now gone slightly cloudy and I haven't got a clue why and I'm worried about my fish!!!! HELP :-(

Hi leggy and welcome to the forum!
Don't panic too much. First of all you have to tell us a few things,
what size tank do you have?
what fish are in there?
How long has it been set up?
What have you done so far?
Form that point we should be able to help you!

Hiya leggy and welcome

Better of asking questions in the other sections, but no problem.
How new is your tank? and have you cycled it? If it is quite a new set up it will probably be a bacterial bloom and is quiet normal, don't worry.

Thanks for the replys peeps..... I was a good gurl and posted a proper querie in another section... anyway,I am starting small seeing how I go so I have a 15" tank which holds about 20 litres (dunno what it is in gallons :-( ) I filled it and decorated it then left it running for a week (that was what I was told...... I put stress coat, stress zyme and liquisil in the tank on initial set up. 5 days ago I bought 5 black neon tetra and a rainbow shark and all was well this morning the water was slightly cloudy. Any help and advice would be greatfully appreciated...
