hi i now going into tropical but i going to rehome my coldwater fish first before i start ahead again, i like to ask or need advise what i need to do. i have a 90 litre tank aqua one 620 and i also have fluval 205 that i bought cos the coldwater as i fedup cleaning there dirt. i feel time for tropcial fish now and i going to buy a heater soon and i was wonder what kond of fish can i put in my wife wee bit big fish like angel fish and shark fish but i know they need a bigger tank i will do that in few year or i can sell my old tank and look up for a second hand tank in gumtree or ebay but it hard to find in scotland i cant have a bigger tank it need to be like 3 ft or maybe 3 half it it high that fine and i will have to buy test as i got coldwater test not tropical test and will i have to clean the tank out and put new clean water to re cycle again can i use the water in the tank like half down as the tank been cycle for 4 month now i think and the filter been 3 week do i have to buy new media and form for filter

No, you don't need to buy new media. You can just use the media you have. Please read the cycling articles in our Beginners Resource Center for background. WD

One of those links are the ones you need to read and follow. It will shorten the cycle if you reuse the water from the old tank. The old water will be packed full of the bacteria you need. The same goes for your filter. 'IF' you clean it before starting again then clean it in some of the water from the old tank that you have placed in a bucket.
If the filter was only in for three weeks i wouldn't bother cleaning it at all at this stage.

Your tank will be fine to start with but there are plenty of 125L tanks around that are about 3 feet long.
