Help!!

I have two platy fry. They are currently in a 1 gallon tank until they are big enough to be back in my other tank. Last night I saw one of them laying on the bottom of the tank. I was worried but he wasn’t dead so I just left him. This morning it’s just floating on the top of the tank but it’s fins are still barely moving. I’m wondering if it has to do with the water because I did a water change last night, but the other one looks healthy and active. What do I do?

Hi have you measured the nitrogen levels in the water? Ammonia.. nitrite.. nitrate?
