Can you get a closer picture of the lines? it could be anchor worms..... but its quite impossible to make out from this pic.

This may be a parasite..... Don't try to catch him it might stress him out, with out a real close up photo we can't I.d it.
Do the lines move at all? Do you think they are strands off the fin?

he also has missing scales

Would it be possible to test the water and give the readings?
We can then check that nothing there can be flagged as a factor for scale loss

I would recommend you get something, even the cheap test strips short term, to give you measurements for nitrites and nitrates as both can be toxic.
Without these readings and a closer photo (I know they can be very difficult to get!) It will be quite difficult to identify what this could be

the lines ont the fins i think were pices of debre the only things that are left are some missing scales on the ghill plate

I would immediately recommend a massive water change.
Your nitrite needs to be at 0 and nitrate around 20ppm or lower otherwise it is toxic to the fish.
Test the water parameters everyday and make water changes until those levels are under control. It looks like the tank hadn't cycled properly before adding fish so it is now struggling with the bioload

this is what the test kit says my water needs to be for cichlids
