Help!

My frog seems to be lifeless, but alive. And floating upon the surface of the water.One frog has already died i dont want another to.Stats are normal and my fish are happy and healthy.What is wrong with the frog (adf).Also it seems to be in the middle of a shed, and wont eat.

Sorry, don't know anything about frogs but if you can get in touch with Mark7616 his son keeps a small tank with frogs, maybe he can advise you.
