Video Help with an angelfish diagnosis and suggestions

I have had this angelfish about 3 months ago along with 9 others when they arrived he was in the same shape he is today i didnt expect him to make it but he has and still swims on. Im curious if anyone can tell me what could be wrong with him, i am going to attempt to upload a video so you all can view and suggest. He eats normally usually the first one at the feeding zone. Thank you.

The fish is a dud that should have been put down when young (not your fault but the breeder's fault). It has a swim bladder problem that can't be fixed. The tank also appears to have a lot of water movement, which will be making it harder for that particular fish. I would euthanise it.
