I was trying to find out the male and female to start the breeding process. But cannot understand which is male and female?
Also, all these dwarf Gouramis are mature for breeding?

To be honest most, if not all, of them look like males.
A and B are males as the females of this colour are silver.
C is a male because he is very colourful and the females of this colour either don't have stripes and are plain silver or they have just a hint of stripes.
D might possibly be a female as this one is much paler compared to C, and some females do have very pale stripes. But D also has long pointy fins which suggests a male.

Thanks for the detailed reply.
So seems to be my tank mates are going to start a war :)
Let me try to find 4 females for them.

If you want to breed them you will need females of the red variety and females of the striped variety, and they need to be kept separate of a red male could breed with a striped female and vice versa.

Do I see an opaline gourami in a couple of of the photos? It is not a good idea to keep multiple species together, not more than one male of any species unless the tank is very large.
