Thanks Colin!
She also refused to eat pellets, she used to love them, but now she chews and spits the pellets.

It is normal for them to spit the pellets out and eat them again. Is she eating the parts she spits out?. Try reducing the feeding to once a day, she may be hungrier then and eat. Once a day or every other day is fine for aquarium fish, they will not be starving:)

Not eating is a bad sign.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a couple of weeks.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Add 2 heaped tablespoons of rock salt, sea salt, or swimming pool salt for every 20 litres of tank water. Keep the salt in there for 2 weeks.
If you do water changes, add salt to the new water before adding it to the tank so the salt levels remain constant.
