Well yesterday I got 3 young rams. The person who works there and was knowledgable about them didn't work on weekends but a random customer gave me some of his insight. I researched before I got them and I'm pretty sure I have two different genders. They still havn't fully colored up in these pics but maybe someone can help me out.

These two are the more confident and are mostly always together. The darker of the two I notices has black on it's bottom front fins (can't remember the name) The dark one will be refered to as #1 for now. This lighter one will be #2

And of course there's algae right over the one in the back of this one.

It's really hard to get a pic of that one.

So what do you guy's think? I put the numbers so we could differentiate.

#2 and #3 looks like females to me as they have a slightly bigger and wider
ovipositer at least from the pics.

EDIT: in the last pic for #3, it seems to have a sunken flat stomach as well, while females are more rounded, but it has a clearly visible, wider ovipositer, so

#1 has a more flatter belly and cant see the ovipositer from the pic, which makes me slant towards it being a male. But is it the pic or does the #1 belly looks very sunken?
