help!!! severum is dying

my severum was fine this morning and now his belly is all white and rotton looking and the rest of him turned black!!! all other fish are fine. whats going on?! water conditions are ok

his bottom fin is almost totally rotted off. should i remove him so he doesnt contaminate everyone else?

Yes, you should definitely move him to a hospital tank.
How is he doing right now?

Sounds like columnaris, you will need to issolate the fish and used a antibioticon on the fish fast, do some water changes in your main tank as well, don't use antibiotics in the main tank as will will wipe your bacteria colony out in the filter.
